Problem: Cannot print from 1 or more pc's

Solution:

1. Turn printer off for 30 seconds and then back on.
2. Reboot your PC.
3. Check the status of the Printer. Goto Start|Printers and Faxes. It should say Ready under the name of the printer.
4. Still having troubles submit a ticket to IT or contact your regional manager to submit a ticket.
